Manager - HR (Comp & Ben)

Role : Manager HR (Comp&Ben)

Scope Of Responsibility :

- Responsible for HR Operations, Comp & Ben, merit increase for INSS vertical PAN India

Essential Functions :

Compensation & Benefits :

- Regular update on the Salary Structure along with Annual Merit Increase cycle.

- Timely completion of all activities for the annual merit increase exercise for all verticals.

- Completion of Mid-term review activities.

- Sharing timely and accurate data for Management Business reviews

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Participate in various Surveys (salary survey, Benefit survey) for all verticals.

- Coordinating with various stakeholders for collecting data for Sales Incentive payout and timely submitting the same to APAC.

- Working with APAC C&B team for AIP payout of all verticals.

- Market surveys on the new positions of all verticals.

- Working on various reports / dashboards and providing details to APAC & Corporate as & when required.

Payroll :

- Zero error on time payroll

- Handling audits (Internal & External)

System Support :

- Ensuring Oracle Data sanctity

- Ensuring Ben track updation as per guidelines received from APAC

HR Operations :

- Providing real time & accurate MIS

- Periodic review of existing policy and prepare new policies

- Handling disciplinary cases, issue letters & ensure closure accordingly

Statutory Compliance :

- Ensuring compliances with all applicable statutory laws.

- Handling statutory audits (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws etc.)

Additional Responsibilities :

- Work with external vendors for HR operations /Payroll

- Support in the APAC team for new initiatives if any

Special Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :

- MBA in HR / Personnel Management, 8+ years of experience

- Working knowledge and experience on Comp & Ben areas

- Ability to think strategically and act tactically.

- Strong Interpersonal skills.

- Project Management is desirable
