Role & Responsibilities :
- Salary & Allowances Benchmarking - Engineering, Cabin Crew, Pilots, Front line and Corporate Staff
- Annual Increments Framework Design & Execution
- Working knowledge on Corporate Level Benefits & Perquisites
- Designing/Redesigning Components of Salary Structure for different skill set such as Cabin Crew, Pilots, Engineering, Front line and Corporate Staff
- Design of Incentive Programs (Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives, Performance Linked Incentives and Variable Performance Pay)
- Job Evaluation (Prior knowledge of Mercer IPE methodology/ framework preferred)
- Designing annual Hiring Tables for Recruitment Team
- Other Compensation/Benefits related Division Level Interventions
