Organisation: Leading Telecom Operator

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

ROLE PURPOSE

- Drive organizational and people change holistically through change plans and tools

- Support functional HRBPs in executing large scale functional or pan India change by providing expertise, tools and knowledge

- Build change awareness and understanding through constructive and challenging dialogue within the HR and business community

- Drive operational excellence in the team’s activities to set OE&C performance as benchmark in the HR community

- Support OE&C lead through research and external knowledge

- Mentor other change managers in leading change projects

Candidate Profile:

MBA from Premier Institute with 4-7 years of relevant experience.

Consulting Domain experience preferred.
