Qualification : MBA (Regular) with 5-8 yrs Exp
Candidate with Exp in BPO Background Prefered.
DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB
- To lead the HR team for delivering HR Services to West region handling base of 300 employees.
BASIC JOB PURPOSE
Below is listed a series of principal accountabilities (major end-result areas)
Recruitment and Selection
- Hiring strategy for recruitment and selection in a timely manner through different source mix
- Develop and analyze metrics that measure staffing performance, build organizational capability across all functional areas
HR Operations & Other responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business that enables it to contribute to improving individual and organizational performance
- Handle end to end HR operations
- Ensure all HR records and the database are kept up to date
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses
- Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
- Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
Performance Management
- Responsible for the performance management cycle. This includes the annual goal setting process, mid year discussion and the annual assessment process
- Provide coaching and consulting to business leaders on effective performance management intervention
Compensation
- Support C&B initiatives and activities
- Administer compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices through systems that strive to reward superior employee performance.
Process,policies and procedures
- Formation,implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and practices
Training & Development
- Training & Development need analysis with focus on Organization wide Competency improvements
- Support Training and Development initiatives
Employee Communications
- Advocate employee communications processes that inform employees as well as to assure two way communications between employees and management.
- Handle engagement budget and drive engagement initiatives in the region
