We have a great opening with one of our leading Client for Manager - HR

The Job Description is as follows :

Duties :

- Maintain effective business partnering relationship with the Country MD/Line Managers, and BC Management with direct reports in the country.

- Provide pragmatic HR management advice to the Country MD/Line Managers, and BC Management with direct reports in the country.

- Ensure compliance to regulatory/statutory/audit concerns & reporting.

- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all operational HR services.

- Facilitate positive employee relations practice.

Other Duties :

- Participate & contribute in Country/BU’s management & operation meetings as the representative of talent.

- Manage change management efforts in organizational developments and organization effectiveness interventions.

- Develop, implement & govern HR related policies, procedures & established guidelines that are aligned to local organization & operation needs.

- Facilitate talent management of human resources including structured recruitment/selection; employee engagement/retention; employee learning/development; performance management and succession planning.

- Upkeep design, implement & manage total compensation & benefits structure to ensure Schawk’s competitive positioning in the industry.

- Work with Regional & Corporate HR to provide support in implementing HR initiatives.

- Work with Regional Shared Service Team to manage operational HR services.

- Manage data accuracy & data integrity for PeopleSoft and all peripheral HR systems through the Regional Shared Service Team.

- Communicate/educate management/operations on significant & relevant changes in HR.

- Manage company employee communications and maintenance of World location websites.

- Manage employee work safety, welfare, and wellness & health programs.

- Manage grievances, counseling & disciplinary actions in an expeditious manner.

- Coordinate, assign & provide supervisory leadership to and review the work of direct reports.

- Prepare & manage location annual HR budget.

Minimum Requirements (Education/work experience) :

- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.

- Previous experience as a team lead or senior level individual contributor.

- Incumbent typically has 10+ years experience.

- Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist with at least 3 years of HR Management experience required.

- Proven ability to manage, develop and delegate to support team.

- Experience working with both hourly and exempt associates.

- Ability to understand and execute within sound human resources procedural and legislative guidelines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
