Job Title : Manager HR
Candidate Summary : Looking for candidates with minimum of 7 plus yrs of work experience in a global platform and managing end to end HR activities from entry to exit.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage attrition for business by initiating appropriate steps to reduce attrition percentage with an increased focus on retention of top talent and new joiners.
- Effectively engage with all employees to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues.
- Responsible for driving the employee engagement model for the business being supported.
- Drive programs to enhance the capability of people managers.
- Work closely with business to ensure that annual reward exercise is completed as per the companies Total Reward philosophy.
- Ensure employee payroll and reward programs are administered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure effective handling of relocations, movements, transfers and promotions through communication, database updates and compensation
- Drive improvement in usage of HR Contact Center and provide constructive feedback to improve the employee experience.
- Ensure consistent management of a wide range of issues including ineffective management, grievances, disciplinary processes, inappropriate behavior, failure to adhere to the Companies policies and procedures, breaches to regulatory rules etc.
- Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure processes like data validation, objective settings, reviews and feedback are completed in the system within agreed timelines.
- Work with Business and the site resourcing team to ensure accurate and timely forecast of Recruitment demand.
- Liaison with other HR colleagues within company group on best practices and policies.
