Position- HR Manager
Role holder acts as a strategic HR partner for multiple stakeholders and is responsible to identify and provide advice to business on key people issues. The role holder will act as a catalyst in driving HR agenda on Transformation Programs for the group. The role holder will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver value added services to management and employees is expected to be a key influencer in people processes and a trusted business partner with courageous integrity.
Qualifying Degree – MBA in HR or Equivalent / Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience in HR
Experience - 5+years
Business Acumen - The knowledge and understanding of the financial, accounting, marketing and operational functions of an organization. This competency has a significant impact on the ability to make good judgment and quick decisions.
Should have good communication skills – Communicate effectively to play the role of an influencer in key people decisions.
Ability to Drive Change - To act as a change agent, working with key stakeholders in the business to proactively manage change.
Multitask in environment of conflicting priorities - Ability to play, prioritize and execute within timelines
Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
