PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

This role has been created to build up the HR function’s capabilities keeping in mind the needs of a new business. This role will be responsible for supporting Shared Services HR functions like Recruitment , Performance Management, C&B, Employee Engagement, besides having business HR facing responsibility with the Head office departments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Anchor the Compensation processes, benefits management process, payroll & funds

- This role will be the direct recruitment interface for all HO roles most of which will be middle & senior management in Different departments

- This position will help in ensuring a cohesive working environment in the Office by creating a cordial, positive, collaborative working environment through effective team-building activities and employee events.

- Ensure that Arthveda rewards competitively in India by participating in job matching, salary surveys and benefits review.

- Ensure effective implementation of HR processes such as Performance Management processes particularly consistent and quality PMP is carried out (beginning, mid-year and year-end annual reviews), role profiling by working closely with line managers etc.

- Responsible for the effective and efficient HR administration by implementing and managing a comprehensive HRMS solution.

- Ensure all controls and compliances are in place and in line with corporate guidelines while adhere to all local HR regulations. (404, Sox, benefits administration etc)

- Serve as a business partner in the development of a best-fit organization in alignment with business strategy and objectives with specific focus to the Head Office

- Work closely with Department Heads to ensure engagement within their teams

- Anchor Exit process.

- Anchor the employee engagement initiatives, surveys, design & implementation of reward & recognition schemes, incentive schemes etc

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Based in HQ office in Mumbai, India.

- Work closely with internal and external HR professional e.g. search consultants for recruitment and salary survey consultants for compensation-related matters.
