Job Responsibilities :
- Handling end to end life cycle of mapped employees, from onboarding to employee separation
- Exclusive point of contact for all mapped employees, for any matter related to Human Resource Management
- Ensuring strong relations of employees with the bank, by creating understanding of its culture and values
- Ensuring right organizational structure through apposite employee allocation and transfers
- Being, an expert in Employee Benefits Policies and proficient in HRMS (Peoplesoft)
Employee Engagement
- Conducting regular Communication Meetings/New Joinee Meetings, to communicate the policies and practices of bank to employees and address their needs & grievances
- Ground level sensing of employee concerns/behaviour via branch visits and communication meets; report observations to Senior Management for necessary action
Talent Acquisition
- Conducting Recruitment Panels for various roles as per manpower requirement
- Handling recruitment process in Bangalore
- Performance Management System
- Managing and driving the complete Performance Management cycle from driving Goal Setting to Final Rating involving Bell-Curve Fitment; Promotions etc; handling Grievances of employees after release of ratings
Exit Interview
- Conducting Exit interviews of resigned employees to understand the reasons for employee separation
- Revise notice period of resigned employees based on case to case basis
Other Projects
- Conceptualizing the implementation of Alumni Site, launched to manage all queries/processes of exiting employees
- Redesigned the Employee Resignation Site to make it more evocative
- Managing the Skill Development Academy of Bank in the state
