Looking for an Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. You will collaborate with team members on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to apply HR frameworks and people practices at work.
Our ideal candidate should hold a strong academic HR background combined with proven work experience.
Responsibilities -
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Manage the attendance and leave management.
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR best practices.
Qualifications :
- MBA in HR or Master's in HRM from Tier-1 Institute.
- 1-3 years of experience in Managerial Profile.
Requirements :
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (telephonic interviews, reference check etc).
- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
