JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for cost effective recruitment on PAN India basis. Exposure to International recruitments will be an added advantage.

- Responsible for Exit Analysis and Retention Strategies.

- Design and implementation of Reward & Recognition programme.

- Responsible for Employer Branding Initiatives.

- Responsible for HR Analytics.

- Will be closely involved in Skip Level Meetings, Succession planning, Leadership development Initiatives and Compensation Management.
