Job Description :
- Key member of the India Leadership Team and functions as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organizational and people related issues within the Global HR framework
- Leverage deep HR knowledge and repertoire of skills to communicate and influence in very complex multi stakeholder situations to collaborate and build partnerships and deliver business results
- Looking for potential candidates from GIC or larger org who are second in line to CHRO
- The roles covers all dimensions of HR hence, looking for someone who has been more of a generalist and has experience across: C&B, Employee Relations, TA, Policy making & implementation, leadership, culture, L&D and OD
- Comfortable managing dynamics around matrix structure
- Comfortable handling ambiguous situations
- Will be part of India Leadership team and instrumental in driving people agenda
- Client has moved to agile methodology which means this person will be an IC however she will drive strategy/ agenda through the extended HR team: discussions are still on, on how India will evolve
Education: MBA from Premium Pedigree ( XLRI,TISS,MDI,SCMHRD,XISS,SIBM)
