Looking for a seasoned HR leader who is proficient in areas such as manpower planning, strategy, operations, learning and development, performance management, and effective stakeholder management, with a preference for candidates with start-up experience.

The client is a distinctive Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) dedicated to fostering financial inclusion in rural segments through strategic investments in small fin tech organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive manpower plans aligned with the organization's goals.

- Formulate HR strategies that contribute to the growth and sustainability of the business.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in HR functions.

Learning and Development:

- Design and implement training programs to foster employee development.

- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.

- Work closely with leadership to align individual goals with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR insights and solutions.

Start-up Experience (preferred)

- Leverage previous start-up experience to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Contribute to building a positive and adaptive organizational culture.

Ideal Candidate

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in start-ups or consulting organisations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience in manpower planning, HR strategy, operations, learning and development, and performance management.
