Our client is a leading FMCG company , looking to hire a Human Resources Lead for Dubai location
You'll play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on the strategic HR-related issues and acts as an employee champion. You'll also assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR peers and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Champion the talent acquisition agenda, creating strong talent pipeline for the critical and niche roles.
- Strong focus on the D&I agenda across the business.
- Lead the talent management & performance management agenda.
- Drive succession planning across the organisation.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under HR's purview
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Work to enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess the organization's current talent pool and create plans for future talent needs
- Support and direct HR initiatives and the delivery of HR services.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a Premier B-School
- 10+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong understanding of talent management and development practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Experience in the implementation of HR programs and policies
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant HR certification is a plus
- Experience in project manage
