HR Leader - BPO - West

We have an Urgent Requirement for one of our clients (A leading BPO) to be based out of Mumbai

Role: HR Leader-West

Description: The incumbent will look after the HR for the Western region (over 5000+ employees). This role reports to the HR Director and has a Team span of 10-15 members.

Required Qualifications:

- MBA HR with Minimum 9 Years of experience in all aspects of HR and currently in a senior role.

- Should be preferably from a IT/ITES company

- Proficiency in Marathi is a plus

- Leadership & Team Management skills

- Ability to interact effectively with Leaders.

- Customer Service/Interpersonal skills

- Ability to focus both on detail and wider implications of issues

- Excellent written and verbal skills
