- Talent Acquisition , Talent Management

- Strategize and execute HR policies, operations, talent management, training and development.

- Leading HR projects

- Performance Evaluation System

- Work closely with the founders of the company and work on budgets, employee contracts .

- HR metrics.

- Manage internal communication projects( job satisfaction surveys)

- T&D

- Retention

- End to end HR processes.
