3-5 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfers.
- Implementing employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring that new employees are integrated into the organization and understand their roles
- Manage employee records and HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
2. HR Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
3. Employee Engagement and Recognition
- Support the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
4. HR Compliance and Policies
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring adherence to legal requirements
5. Benefits and Leave Administration.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,and other employee perks.
6. Payroll Administration
Process and administer accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
