They are the first PCMM Level 5 and SEI CMM level 5 certified IT Services company in the world. They provide comprehensive it solutions and services, including systems integration, information systems outsourcing, package implementation, software application development and maintenance, and research and development services to a business globally.

At present we are looking for it as follow:

Position Title: HR Lead (HRBP)

Exp: 5-8 Yrs

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Institutes ONLY

Candidate Requirement

- This opportunity is for an HR Business Partner role that spans across engagement, development & growth of the individual and the business unit that is supported.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

- Implement vertical/ practice/ Account -wide HR strategies in line with the overall HR & Business strategy

- Partner with the business to identify and fulfill short term business needs towards talent management (eg: extra billing, efforts/ - leave lapses etc) and fulfilling the same

- Implement the development interventions & new initiatives defined at the unit level for employee capability building

- Work in collaboration with business teams to ensure adherence to guidelines set for the organization for various employee lifecycle processes ie performance appraisal, Merit Salary Increase, Progressions, Rewards etc

- Plan and Execute Employee Engagement activities in the Cluster and ensure coverage as per norms across Locations including engaging of workforce through leadership connect

- Track HR processes SLAs and ensures quality of delivery and 100% completion

- Interact with other functions to resolve process breakdown issues/ escalations Manages employee conflict, issues and grievances and acts as an employee mediator

- Participate in Webinars, HR Conclaves & contributing to the domain, internal and external and participating in projects anchored org-wide

Key Skills & exposure required:

- Overview of Core HR Processes -1. Performance Management & Promotions 2. Merit Salary Increase 3. Employee Retention 4. Reward & Recognition 5. Talent Review & Planning 6. Recruitment 7. Separations

- Business Understanding - 1. Industry & Competitive landscape 2. Customer Engagement Models 3. Basic understanding of P&L 4. Understanding of Delivery & Ops parameters 5. Sales cycle of the unit

From IT companies preferably.

- HR Tools ( Diagnostics, HR Solutions)

- Core HR processes as a Generalist or a Specialist

- Confident in Sr. Leadership and stakeholder interaction

- Working with demographically diverse teams

- Exposure in rolling out surveys and other feedback mechanisms
