HR Lead (Generalist + Talent Management) Should have strong exposure to hiring and talent management of GT's and MT's

Looking at candidates who have strong exposure to hiring GT's and MT's. Helping with their on boarding and induction process as well as Talent Management.

Report directly to the Group CHRO.

- Lead, design, develop, pilot and monitor organization-wide processes and initiatives, aimed at building organizational capability and leadership development.

- Partner with the CHRO for understanding business short term and long term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business requirements are being achieved.

- To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that effective training is provided to all employees, to meet the knowledge and skill requirements of the business.

- To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that all employees are developed to their full potential and that employees- potential is identified and succession plans are in place.

- Carry out benchmark surveys, to ensure that appropriate grading & salary structures are in place to recruit, retain and motivate staff, congruent with the organization's desired culture.

- Carry out benchmark surveys to map HR practices & processes across the industries and incorporate those in current HR Systems as per business needs

- To ensure that appropriate vehicles for internal communication are in place and effectively used to communicate with and involve employees at all levels.

- Partner with the CHRO, to provide effective processes for managing and appraising performance to build a robust PMS system and strong talent pipeline

- To ensure that a complete set of HR policies are in place, covering all aspect of employment.

- To monitor Business culture and Piramal values-adherence and help drive cultural change

- Partner with Senior HR stakeholders to implement organization wide HR change initiatives and to drive the same across the organization.

Key Deliverables:

- Talent pipeline objectives, including effective succession planning; employee selection and retention

- Leadership development and training

- Employee satisfaction and retention rates across key roles

- Creating programs for identifying HI performers and programs for their career planning and progression

- Satisfaction of top employees with development programs and individual progress.

- ROI for development and training

- Cost control targets: headcount and employee costs; training and development costs;

- Employee retention rate across key roles and segments

- Responsible for talent management process of GT's and MT's hired across the organization.
