- Drive Business Results: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, align HR strategies with business goals, and provide insights to optimize workforce productivity and performance.
- Deploy Manpower Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive manpower planning initiatives, including workforce analysis, talent acquisition, and succession planning, to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization, partner with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver effective training programs, and support employee growth and career development.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve retention.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the impact of HR programs, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- Proven experience of 9+ years as an HRBP.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and talent management.
- Experience in designing and delivering capability-building programs and employee development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure HR impact.
