Position : Employee Engagement Lead  Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra  Responsibilities:  - Employee Engagement – Formulate, Articulate & Implement Employee Engagement Framework. Come up with  employee-friendly policies and processes to keep associates engaged constructively.   - Objective is to create a vibrant culture and engaged talent force which results in high employee satisfaction and to control attrition.   - Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.  - Employee Relationship Management – Manage and Lead a group of HR Business Partners to ensure smooth on-boarding for new employees, continuous mentoring and engaging will all employees and smooth exit of leaving employees with a good memory of InfoCepts.   - Complete track of all internal discussion/s for grievance and their control systems through an HR Helpdesk.  - Reward & Recognition Management – Mange and Enhance Reward and Recognition framework to make it very effective. Create and maintain an annual budget for Rewards and Recognition and get it approved by Stakeholders.  - Drive Corporate Events & Core Values – Ideate, Plan and Drive various corporate events using a set of volunteers. Create and manage budget for such events and get it approved by Stakeholders. Create Success criteria for all events and ensure achieving them.   - HR Operations & Reporting – Take complete ownership of HRMS, PMS. Ensure data quality is maintained in a timely fashion and updated regularly. Report Monthly Dashboard about Headcount analysis, attritions, HR Issues handled etc.  Requirements:  - 6-8+ Years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services organization. 2+ years in a company of 350+ headcount.  - Solid Educational background (60% or above in all grades). HR related Master’s degree/diploma is a must from a Tier 1 Institute. Knowledge of HR Trends.  - Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HRMS systems.  - Excellent interpersonal skills. Very Passionate and Self driven with Positive attitude. Ability to think in and out of the box.  - Strong Verbal & Written communication.
