Job Profile :
1. Assist in developing the framework for Learning & Development policy for Manufacturing areas including mission, vision & objectives in line with business plans.
2. Work with various locational learning heads to ensure cascading down of L&D strategy.
3. Design robust functional training process manual to ensure standardization across various functions / locations within the vertical.
4. In coordination with learning leads standardize the process of functional induction of new entrants for various functions across all locations.
5. Support in identification of new faculty (internal and external) across various functional areas so that the desired pool size is maintained.
6. Develop and maintain central ware house of various aspects of functional training – programmes, content, trainer, external resources etc.
