Qualification:- MBA/PGDBA in HR

Designation:- Middle/Senior Management

SAP-HCM Certified

B.E./B.Tech (preferred)

Location:- Mumbai

Responsibilities :-

- Exposure of end to end SAP implementation.

- Exposure of SAP modules like:- Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Development (PD), Personnel Administration (PA), India Payroll (PY) & Time Management (TM), ESS/MSS, Workflows.

- Analyze HR requirements & plan deployment of SAP-HCM modules & other HR-IT applications

- Maximize the technology of HR business process in SAP-HCM

- Provide functional expertise & SAP-HCM functionalities to key users/stakeholders

- Enhance HR-IT applications / SAP-HCM for streamlining HR processes & stirring towards business excellence practices.

Desirable Attributes:-

SAP HCM Skills

- Hands on knowledge of process and configuration on Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Recruitment, Personnel Development and Appraisals, Training & Events Management, Time Management , ESS/MSS, Travel Management

- Also having knowledge of HCM forms, Payroll and CATS
