Hiring Head HR (VP HR) for a leading New Age Skill Based EdTech firm based in Gurgaon

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting - Founder

Currently WFH ( its 6 Days working )

Role:- HR Head / VP HR

Requirement & Deliverables:

1.This is HR Head / VP HR position, with a team of professionals/Manager. The job requirement covers both:

a) Strategic HR, covering Talent Acquisition, HR Interventions & OD, Learning & Development (Primary Requirement).

b) Operational HR, including compliances.

c) You will work closely with the founders and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organization growth.

d) Create a conducive culture that enables the team to grow the organisation & themselves today and tomorrow.

2.HR function is responsible for Manpower Productivity & thus associated with all strategic & operational areas covering:

a) Hiring appropriate talents in line with business objectives.

b) Compensation & benefit management.

c) HR Interventions in appraisals, career growth & development.

d) Employee Motivation, on boarding, attrition & hygiene.
