We have a very urgent position in one of BEST NBFC organizations across the following location :

POSITION - Head HR - Total Rewards, Technology, service delivery & Compliance

LOCATION - Mumbai

OFFERED CTC - negotiable ; depending upon current CTC.

REPORTEEs : 10 approx + [ final number dependent on interaction during interview ]

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Overall responsibility includes Total Rewards, HR Technology, HR Compliance & Service Delivery pan INDIA .

Key Deliverables across various sub functions are as detailed below:

TOTAL REWARDS

- Lead the planning, development and enhancements to our compensation strategy, programs policies and procedures, aligned to drive a high performance culture of continued business growth

- Develop and implement a top-class compensation & benefits benchmarking framework & processes

- Design, develop, communicate and administer compensation policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure programs are seamlessly delivered by leveraging and improving existing technological solutions in place to support management and administration.

- Manage and lead the annual compensation planning activities (e.g., salary structure modifications, merit, variable pay plans, equity awards and recognition programs) through effective plan design, project planning, and a strong communications strategy.

- Oversee and perform market analyses to assess competitiveness in pay design, compensation guidelines and practices. Recommend changes as appropriate that support our growth culture and quantify expected costs.

- Develop & manage our employee incentives framework and management processes.- Understand the company's goals and align compensation strategies to achieve these goals

- Benchmark positions basis industry standards and review increase requests

- Manage all payroll related processes & policies

- Manage all aspects of the annual compensation review process

- Administer annual merit increment and annual bonus framework

- Present to the Senior Management team / Compensation Committee on all relevantcomp-related matters

- Executive Compensation and Equity incentives for Key Employees

- Managing employee benefits (Group Mediclaim, GTL, GPA) HR Systems & Database Management etc

- Ensure compliance with employee-related local laws and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to all outside agencies.

- Work closely with Finance team partners in the accurate budgeting and accruals for all compensation programs

- Drive operational excellence in the compensation function by identifying and developing alternative methods for optimizing and streamlining related processes and procedures. Focus on increased efficiencies and improvement of compensation-related tools and processes. Monitor and audit compensation plan processes to ensure accurate and timely execution within compliance and budget requirements. Lead and ensure the successful implementation of new systems/tools as applicable to automate and increase operational efficiency.

- Lead and develop compensation education strategies through proactive communication and engagement with all levels of the organization (employees, managers and global HR colleagues) to ensure employee understanding of compensation program practices. Act as a change management leader to influence adoption through education strategies and strong client-relationship approach.

HR TECHNOLOGY

- Create a strategy surrounding the HR Technology platforms in order to optimize their use toward the strategic goals of HR and the broader business.

- Identify gaps and deficiencies in the technology and analytics and creates solutions to fill the gaps

- Build, stabilize and provide leadership to the HR Technology & Analytics team to ensure top performance across multiple applications

- Develop, prioritize and execute HR technology and analytics strategy and roadmap.

- Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement through technical solutions and best practice.

- Consult with HR Leadership and HR COEs to continuously evaluate and leverage capabilities to maximize investment. Establish a sustainable support model for functional owners and system owners.

- Implement and support HR Technology processes and tools to continually streamline HR business processes.

- Effectively oversee the team in systems and security administration of core HCM, Compensation/Benefits and other talent functional areas.

- Evaluate and recommend functional features of various Tech Platforms, Establish cadence to re-evaluate and incorporate features as part of production maintenance, if features were not initially adopted.

- Develop metrics to determine success of our technology solutions and business processes.

- Co-manage, together with the IT team, relationships with software vendors.

- Ensure that users and the HR team are properly trained and that there is adequate documentation of processes and procedures.

- Partner with the HR team, providing technical assistance and identifying opportunities to optimize technology solutions.

- Evaluate and refine the People Analytics strategy and objectives to ensure alignment to HR strategic goals.

- Continue to build out and improve upon the ad-hoc and standard reporting demands, converting it to self-service where possible.

- Partner with HR COEs in defining and deploying people metrics for managers enabling managers to use data for talent decisions.

- Responsible for developing and executing robust analytics solutions, interpretation of data and analysis supporting insight into the business and solutions

- Determines and applies methods of multivariate statistical analysis and predictive analytics to understand business issues leading to action planning Via analysis, identifies workforce gaps and works with appropriate teams (e.g. talent acquisition, organization development & training, total rewards, etc.) to develop appropriate interventions to fill the gaps

HR Compliance & Service Delivery

- Drive operational excellence in all processes under HR operations area from on-boarding to off-boarding& continuous improvement in HR service excellence scores

- Manage Payroll and income Taxation

- Manage HR query response system with efficiency & effectiveness

- Ensure Statutory Compliance to all applicable Labour Laws and standards

- Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and mitigate gaps

- HR Vendor Management

- Manage the outsourced service provider for Legal Compliance

- Handling of pending legal cases of the unit

- Liaison with the government authorities as and when required

- Custodian of all central ER policies. Ensuring deployment and implementation of the same

Qualification: MBA / Masters in HRfrom any Premier Institute .

Experience : Min 11-19 years of experience, including C& B, HR Technology & HR Compliance.

NOTE : Candidates who are business partners profiles / regional profiles, not based out of corporate , pls excuse for this role. This is a SPECIALIST C&B, HR Tech, HR ops, HR compliance role.
