Our client is one of the leading Global MNC in Manufacturing / Consumer Industry and we are hiring for its Shared Services Centre based Bangalore.

Client has presence all over the globe with multiple product lines, client is in Top 5 Ranking globally in its product & category.

Brief on the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned experienced candidate having 12 to 15 Years working experience in HR Function and candidate must be having experienced into "Shared Services" for at least 5years.

This position will report into "India HR Head" and responsible to run HR Agenda in the following areas.

1) Shared Services Center

2) Payroll & HR / Statutory compliance

3) HR Services such as Benefits, Data Management.

4) HR Operations

5) Exposure to Tableau OR Power BI is an advantage.

6) Strong experience in Team Handling.

7) Experience to handling / leading multiple HR Projects.
