- Should be from Retail / Manufacturing space -
- Job Details:
i. Recruitment – Handle Senior and Mid level recruitment independently
ii. Performance Management
1. Goal Setting
2. Mid Year and Annual appraisals
3. 360 degree reviews
- Plan and Implement Training plan for the Group
- Policy formulation
- OD interventions as and when required
- Employee Strength – 1000 current
- CTC: 25-35 lacs p.a. (Fixed + Variable)
