HR Head

Job Purpose:

- Supports organization by formulating &implementing human resources programs; manage HR functions of Hiring, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliance and Performance Management System.

- Incumbent will work with the CEO & other CXO level people to design the internal processes & policies

Candidates profile:

- MBA or Equivalent degree

- 11-15 yrs of experience in managing middle to large organization HR and an all round exposure to entire HR gamut

- Knowledge of other regional languages is advantageous

- Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience - General, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills

- Background from Real estate, insurance, sales is preferred

CTC : 10-15 lacs p.a

Location - Bangalore/Hyderabad
