HR Head - Plant Operations - MNC Durable Major

Role & Responsibility :

Partnering with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Collaborate with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests

Assess business unit's human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate

Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions.

Proactive HR oriented approach for building positive work climate in order to have healthy IR environment. Conducting regular meetings with Union.

To bring the role & reporting clarity amongst employees, prepared Role based organogram and ensure availability of JD for 100% positions.

Put up SOP & Systems for Talent Acquisition, PMS & Other HR processes in place to make system driven process.
