HR Strategy and organizational culture: Work with the CEO to develop an HR Strategy and to ensure that company is resourced to deliver on its strategic objectives; ensure that all aspects of the HR function promote an organizational culture of teamwork and service,
- Business Partnering: Be a strong business partner to the CEOs and BU Heads, build a customer focused HR team.
- HR policies and procedures: Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with current best practice and changes
- Staffing and recruitment: Lead and facilitate the recruitment process and ensure that all hiring is in accordance with best practices, compliance, organizational budgetary guidelines
- On-boarding Develop and implement , through the team , a comprehensive on-boarding process for employees during their first month of employment, during their probation period; and throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Compensation and reward: Work with the Head of Finance to ensure that company compensation framework is reviewed and benchmarked
- Duty of Care: Ensure that SRS meets its Duty of Care towards all employees including building awareness and implementation of safeguarding measures amongst SRS staff and volunteers.
- Development, engagement and career progression: Focus on Leadership and talent developmentand career development to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfill their career potential
