HR Head - Operations & Employee Life Cycle - Banking Industry

Our Client, a leading India Bank is looking to hire a Head HR - Operations & ELC.

This person will report into CHRO or Head HR and will be based out of their corporate office in Mumbai.

This person looking after - Employee Lifecycle Management, Policy Design, Digital Tools Management. Audit.

He/ She will also look after lead creation and optimisation of employee lifecycle processes, ensuring positive and impactful employee experience.

Key Requirement:

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 Business School

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR and Min 5 years of experience in ELC/HR Operations

- Candidate with BFSI background would be prefered, however not limited too
