Be able to independently implement Head Count budgeting, Field Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Strategic Talent management initiatives
Zone HR Head profile is a generalist operational role which focuses with overall accountability of all HR & IR related activities in the field for a zone for all SBUs in a Sales & Marketing Organization;
- Recruitment, Selection and Staffing
- Identifying & Sourcing.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Making improvement suggestions.
- Field Interactions
- Field Induction Programs HR Session – Policies , Employee Benefits Schemes , PMS Systems , R&R Platforms for new hires
- Drive and implement OD and Talent Developmental initiatives on field, with focus on Strategic Talent.
- Drive and implement global HR and regional HR initiatives at India Region
- Working closely with field managers to fulfil their strategic talent resourcing needs.
- Driving Various HR Initiatives
- Reward & Recognition Platforms
- Industrial Relations
- Payroll and Operations , Talent Identification, Development & Succession Planning
- Leadership Role
- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .
- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
