HR Head - NBFC

We are currently on the lookout for Head – HR, for one of our clients, in Chennai. The client is a NBFC, belonging to one of the reputed private banks in India. The incumbent should have 10-16 years of experience in the NBFC sector, and can expect a CTC of approx. 20 Lakhs per annum.

The role of the incumbent includes:

- Recruitment and Staffing

- Organizational and Departmental planning

- Performance management and improvement systems

- Employee compensation, recognitions and rewards

- Employment and compliance with employee regulatory and statutory provisions

- Employee on-boarding, development, needs assessment, and training

- Employee relations

- Company employee and community communication

- Compensation and benefits administration etc.
