- Experienced in developing and implementing Human Resources Strategies including:
- Organization building and people development significant organizational change – drive performance systems to have performance driven culture establishing and managing a recruitment function
- Strategic inputs & alignment to the Business Plan
- Budget & Budgetary control
- Demonstrate strong leadership and the application of good commercial skills.
- Should be able to command respect of top leadership team and influence them in responsive way to drive the change
- Ensure HR systems and procedures enable the Association to achieve high performance and quality standards and recommending changes where appropriate.
- Lead the HR Team in delivering a high performance customer focused service to Achieve the Organizations’ objectives.
- Proven track record in the effective leadership of staff – inspiring, motivating, performance managing and developing.
- Work effectively under pressure and adaptable to rapid change.
- Use initiative to work independently or collaboratively as appropriate to develop ideas.
- Possess the authority, credibility and integrity to command respect at all levels including external contacts.
- Strong performance management culture that reinforces the organization’s required behaviors.
- Implementation of Performance Management System & other strategic HR initiatives
- A performance management culture
- Pay and reward strategies.
- Support Managers and Directors in setting learning and development budgets.
- Monitor expenditure with timely interventions on budgets where appropriate.
- Organise Personal Development Reviews for the Group.
- Arrange training provision, monitor effectiveness and take action as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate training records.
- Analyse and provide management information with recommendations.
- Experience in successfully leading senior leadership to drive change and engagement
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and with all the stake holders
- Translate Change management principles into effective operational plans.
- Matured person with passion perseverance and patience
- Exposure of working closely with promoters will be an added advantage
- Person should have 12-18yrs of good experience in Manufacturing companies(Preferred from FMCD, FMCG,Cable industry) with Corporate & IR exposure As well.
