Role:

- End to end HR responsibility for the global IT function.

- Capability building, employee engagement, productivity improvement and HR systems and processes.

Should have

- Conceptualized and implemented talent processes suited to business requirements.

- Ability to engage senior business leaders assisting them with HR solutions to their business problems.
