HR Head - IT

Job Title: HR Head

Location: Pune, India

Exp: 9-12 years

Must have minimum 5 years of HR experience in IT industry

As a member of the Senior Leadership team in the organization, you would be responsible for overall HR Operations: Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, OD, PMS & Corporate HR

1. Employee Relations: ER issues, Operations, Surveys, Escalation, Manager- Subordinate relationships, team health check-up, CSR & Standard Policies

2. L & D: Framework, Workshops- Technical & Behavioral, Assessments,

3. C & B: CTC structures, Benefits (non-monetary), Benchmarking, Bonus calculation

4. Payroll: Attendance input, Deductions, Additional Pay, Taxation, Food Plus card, Leaves, Full & Final settlement

5. PMS: Cycle management, adherence, Bell curve, Increment, Bonus

6. Corporate HR: Quarterly meetings, Reviews, Leadership outings.
