HR Head - IT

The opportunity is with one of the players in IT space.

Responsibilities:

- The person will be taking care of entire HR operations of a unit

- Implementation of strategies and communicated it to the unit

- Interacting with Senior management

Desired Candidature:

- Person has to have more than 10 years of experience in handling various HR functions

- Must have experience in HR strategy, OD etc.

- Must have handled a team and also worked as individual contributor role
