We are a recruitment consultancy based at Noida.

We are having requirement for the HR Head role with one of our client for Nigeria Location.(West Africa).

NOTE: 2 yrs full time regular MBA from Premier B-School is an essential criteria for those applying for this role. We are looking for people who are 1997-2001 MBA Batch pass out.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Will be responsible for Talent Pool of Executives and Managerial cadre & at mean time will be looking after the entire HR Function.

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders globally.

- Ability to handle & work with multi-cultural team members.

- Willingness to take-up (short) travels @ regular intervals.

- Role is Extremely Individual Contribution, hence need very high degree of passion & commitment

Possible Career Progression

- Take up end-to-end regional responsibilities (Asia/ Africa) etc.

- Take up Corporate Center roles

- Take up Bosses role !!!

MBA from Premier B-School between 8-14 + yrs years experience in a FMCG/ Consumer Durable

Strong interest in Sales/ Operations/ Finance Background.
