About our Client - Our client is a leading FMCG MNC with a strong presence in the India market. A recognized leader in confections, they have operations in more than 40 countries and distribute its world-famous brands in more than 180 countries. They are now looking for a Sr. HR Generalist to Head HR for their Operations in India.

Job Description - Reporting into the MD, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end to end HR for Sales, Supply Chain and the Plant

- Understand company plans- specifically Sales Strategy & Annual plans, relevant performance drivers and partner closely with Sales Director to develop and ensure gold standard execution of the HR agenda to support the Sales Objectives.

- Actively drive and facilitate the people agenda for Sales & Business operations team.

- Lead & implement the resourcing plans through appropriate recruitment & retention strategies.

- Drive the organizations “Signature” processes with respect to Engagement, Talent Development, Rewards & Recognition, etc.

- Partner functional heads and regional managers to drive performance through sales incentive plans and build a culture of meritocracy.

- Work with business managers to sustain and bring the unique culture to life.

- Overlook all Plant HR for the factories and ensure smooth operation & manage all escalations

The Successful Candidate - You will have 10-14 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to Sales, Supply chain and Plant HR. Experience of working with a tier 1 FMCG brand is essential for this role. Excellent communication & very strong business acumen so as to partner closely with the business to help achieve business objectives will be the most important selection criteria for the role.
