Role & Responsibility: - 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience - Work spread across the group companies and across different geographies - Ability to comprehend the situation - Exemplary benchmarking / mapping skills (salaries, designations, levels, bands in the market / industry) - Adept at data gathering, controlling, bringing the entire discipline, then start value addition - Payroll will be the responsibility of Comp & Ben (might be outsourced) - Relevant global work experience will be an advantage - Bachelor's Degree with a major in financial and statistical analysis (MBA in HR preferred) - This will be an Individual Contributor role as it's a new role, it might grow into a team role - Reporting will be to Group Head HR
