- Developing compensation strategy, Pay mix, reward and recognition plans
- Designed performance bonus, short term and long term incentive plans.
- One has to handle global clients based out in Dubai & Singapore.
- One has to assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organisational trust & satisfaction.
- Conduct Periodic Audits and prepare Reports.
- Define compensation and benefits strategy for the organisation basis market information / surveys and internal business requirements.
- Plan, design, budget and manage the annual / midyear increment and bonus cycle.
- Create wage / pay ranges for positions basis market data and ensure new hire salaries follow set ranges.
- Analyse benefits, perks, compensation and salary structure to recommend changes in the current scheme and align with market practice, employee expectations, tax efficiency and statutory requirements.
- Design recruitment guidelines on salary ranges and joining commitments per function and grade.
- Design and implement retention bonus plans, deferred cash plans from retention of key / top employees.
- Job evaluation for key employees.
- Administrating Compensation Bench-marking and Compensation Budgeting activities.
Requirement :
- Looking out for a person having 8 -15 years of experience into Compensation and Benefit Profile for Sr Manager Level
- Person should be flexible with Gurgaon location.
- One should be comfortable with 10-15% Travelling.
- Educational Background should be from Top B-School.
- Familiarity with various type of Incentives and Benefits
