- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, COO, Co-Founders with respect to employee-related matters.
- Provide leadership & guidance to the department including recruitment, employee orientation, employee communications, employee recognition programs, training and development, classification and compensation, performance management, and personnel records maintenance.
- Ensure HR plans align with Company's mission and business objectives.
- Function as a strategic HR business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Craft and execute on talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
- Craft and execute talent management strategies to become the employer of choice.
- Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.

- Redirect and design existing and new employee learning and development programs to improve customer service, ensure employee due process and communications, attract and retain a qualified workforce, and effectively address strategic human resource goals.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
- Oversee Benefits, Payroll, and HR Support Services.
- Prepare Budgets & initiate timely implementation of KRA and KPI for each department.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates to effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people).
- Drive efforts for continuous process improvement.
- Analyse the effectiveness of our HR people, process, procedures and tools.
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting by all team members.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies by all team members.
Professional Exp:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as CHRO, Head HR, VP HR (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Senior HR positions i.e. Senior Manager, General Manager or above (mandatory)
- Directly reporting to CEO, Co-Founder(s) for at least 2 years (mandatory)
- Experience in scaling start-ups multi-fold in short period of time (mandatory)
- Experience as a Human Resources for a health-tech or a fin-tech company (preferred)
- Experience in a start-up environment (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organization Psychology or related field required
- Certification in PHR, SHRM (preferred, but not mandatory)

- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS, ATS, PMS)
