Requirements :
- Ability to handle all HR functions, including but not limited to Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organizational Development, as well as Learning and Development
- Strong acumen for numbers and experience working on analytics that would help business make people-related decisions more effectively, thoughtfully, and objectively.
- Experience in coordinating and working with on-shore and off-shore employees, with a span of control of over 350 employees.
- Employee-oriented approach to defining HR solutions and decisions
- Extreme ownership and accountability in being the brand ambassador for the organization and creating more such ambassadors through employee engagement and satisfaction.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with first-class (60% and above) results.
