Collaborate with appropriate functions / business / line Managers to design, develop and implement the following:
- A nimble and business focused Performance Management System that will nurture a high performance culture
- Learning & Development initiatives that support business priorities and nurture organizational values & culture
- HR Automation to improve HR operational efficiency
- HR Analytics, Metrics, Dashboards and Reports that will provide valid and actionable insights to Line Managers
- Strategy for Employee Communication that will ensure employees feel valued, respected & heard
- Support Talent Acquisition Team
Mandatory:
- Engineering Degree
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute - XLRI/ TISS/ ISB/ IIM
- 3+ Years experience (Minimum 2+ Years of Pre-MBA work experience in Software Development)
