HR Generalist - US Based FinTech Companies (US Shift) (Immediate Joiner Only)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee policies and procedures.
- Coordinate HR recordkeeping, maintain the human resource information system (HRIS).
- Handle Hire to Exit.
- Support the rollout of performance and talent management initiatives.
- Assist with the Leave Management process; provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Actively contribute to projects, initiatives to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Assist in the talent acquisition and recruitment process.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments and to partner with employees, management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Mandatory 3+ years experience in US Benefits, US Employment Laws
- 3 to 5 years of Human Resources related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Slack.
- Ability to work in ambiguity.
- Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
- Broad knowledge of human resource management principles.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Prefered: Certification (PHR, SPHR, CFI, CCP, etc.)
- Willingness to work remotely from 6.30pm to 3.30am IST only
