Responsibilities:
- Design effective interventions to drive attrition mitigation plans.
- Accountable for Employee engagement initiatives. Organize employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedback
- Analyzes trends and metrics of various HR parameters to provide valuable inputs to respective plants/departments to help in arriving at informed decisions
- Implementation of contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
- Employee Relations and Grievance handling
- To drive PMS and facilitating smooth completion of Performance Planning, Quarterly Review, Mid-Year Review Year-end Review in time.
- Identifies training needs for respective site/business unit and ensure agreed training calendar is implemented
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
