Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with teams to identify high-potential individuals and develop plans for their growth within the organization.
2. Culture Enhancement:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees thrive.

3. Process Innovation:
- Showcase your knack for setting up and refining HR processes.

Successful candidate:
- 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational setting.
- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with an emphasis on HR or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully growing and enhancing HR functions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
