Their products have been well received in the market enables them to grow at a whirlwind pace over the last year (they grew from a 3 member founding team to a 40 member team in the last 12 months) Role &amp; responsibilities : - Design &amp; execute employee engagement activities - Create and manage mailing lists, attendance logs and event summaries including coordinating communication with new joinees - Plan, coordinate to conduct technical and corporate induction programs for new joinees - Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth training process - Responsible for providing general administrative support - Maintain employees training records; Consolidate the training feedback - Build perspective &amp; prepare performance report of all employees and conduct performance related conversations - To handle Pay-roll processing - Manage Employee relations, and conduct events and atmosphere for employee motivation - Responsible for Implementation &amp; MIS, General Administration work Skills &amp; Competencies : - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Proficient with Office Tools (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel) - Well organized, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines - Enthusiastic team player who works well with others - Previous experience on a similar position in support roles - Self-motivated and display the right attitude towards learning - Rational judgement and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible - Ability to cope with a challenging and varied workload - High degree of integrity to maintain confidentiality Education Qualification: MBA/ B.E from Tier 1 Institutes or Any with relevant work experience in HR Compensation - Best in the industry and not a constraint for the right candidate.
