Key Activities :
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Coordination of various Employee Engagement Committees; Sports Committee, Cultural Committee, Women Activity Club, School Coordination Committees etc.
- Handling various Reward & Recognition Initiatives,
- Induction and onboarding of employees
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances and Time Attendance System.
- Daily/ Weekly/Fortnightly/ Monthly Preparation of various Trends related to Engagement and other HL initiatives
- Handling and recording employee's grievances, analysis of grievances and preparation of various MIS.
- Coordinating Monthly Townhall Meetings, Family Visits, Lunch/Dinner of employees with Senior Management.
- HR Business partner for certain units / Deptts.
- Other HR Activities / projects as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Educational Qualifications :
The applicant must have a relevant MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience :
The applicant should have experience of at least 5-8 years in handling Generalist HR Profile, role comprises of but not limited to Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Coordinating Townhalls, Family Visits, Awareness on Statutory Compliances and Time Attendance System etc. Hands on experience in SAP is essential.
