Job Description: Position : HR Generalist(Preffered Male) Experience: 1.5 - 2 years Location: Gurugram - HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function with a focus in the areas of Payroll and Compliance. - Assist in the recruiting process - Recruitment Coordination, Payroll, offer letters, new hire documentation, Vendor Management, Time and Attendance management. - Proven ability to effectively build and leverage professional relationships and work well within a team. - Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must. - Works well independently, as needed, with limited supervision. Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience. - MBA Pursuing. - 1- 2 years of related Human Resources experience.
